When you can’t find the answers online, connect with a Via Benefits licensed benefit advisor and get the support you need by reserve a time to call. Tuesday through Friday is typically less busy. While having an appointment prioritizes your call over other calls, you may experience a short wait during peak call times. Please note: The Service Center will be closed on Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28.
