Your Profile information will help determine:
Health plan types and networks available in your area.
How plans share costs, such as deductibles, copays, and coinsurance.
Medicare: If you qualify for funding options to lower your costs.
Individual and Family Plans: If you qualify for funding options or for Premium Tax Credits, which can lower your costs.
That’s why we encourage you to keep your Profile up to date, and to provide us with the authorization to contact you with coverage information specific to you. You can do it all online!
