Plans Renew Automatically, but Premiums May Increase

If you’re currently enrolled in a plan that is offering coverage next year and are happy with your coverage, you don’t need to take any action, as your current coverage will automatically renew for you.

Pay special attention to any communications from your insurer regarding how your plan or the cost of your plan may change for next year. If you’d like to keep your plan for next year and haven’t received any of these communications, you don’t need to do anything.

Private Plans 

If you currently have a Silver plan and are not opting into a federal subsidy, a Private Plan may be worth your consideration. Private Plans are Individual and Family Plans purchased through Via Benefits directly from the insurance carrier. Private Silver Plans have the same coverage but may have lower premiums than Marketplace Silver Plans. Private Plans aren't available everywhere, but many states have made them available.
